Hi folks, this is the TRAIN SMART MOVE WELL Podcast, where everything is really about training and movement. In this podcast I deliver, what i call input episodes, where I talk just by myself about anything that is related to training and movement and do my best to provide you with value. Snackable adice for your training. Things, that you can USE out there in the real world. Pespectives and mindsets worth being exposed to and many more things. Next to the input epsides I also regularly host guests. These can be professional athletes, other coaches and literally anyone that inspires me and can bring value to my listeners, to you guys out there. We want to give you advice on training and movement, dicuss training theory and also give insights into different sport disciplines.
My guest in this episode is Gunnar Gräsbeck, from Finnland. Gunnar is a Ph.D student in social sciences enrolled at the German Sport University Cologne and he does fencing. In this episode we will give an insight into this descipline in the first half and in the second part Gunnar will talk about his current research project: non-linear pedagogy in fencing.
